Album Review: Double Lined Minority - Caught In The Ceasefire

For those of a certain age, there’s a lot about Double Lined Minority that will transport you back to the days of dyed black hair, lip rings and skate parks.

The pop-punk scene that delivered bands like New Found Glory, Midtown and One Dollar Short is seeing something of a mini-renaissance, and Double Lined Minority are on the front line.

Caught In The Ceasefire is a tightly produced EP filled with anthems for today’s youth. There’s not a lot of diversity across the five tracks, but there’s plenty of potential for the Gold Coast-based outfit.
