Sporting a shabby op-shop look he's dubbed "archaeologist on jury duty," O'Doherty's super casual delivery was so natural that it took a keen ear to separate a creative trail of ad libs from his regular material, of which he squeezed a heroic amount into a time-melting 90 minutes. Not one to labour a message, one crept through that if we stopped curating idealised versions of our lives on social media and accepted that life is a struggle, we wouldn't feel that our problems are so much greater than others.
