There's nothing on Sweet Disarray that you haven't heard on records by Phoenix, Softlightes, Shout Out Louds or a hundred other acts that pump out sweet, melodic pop tunes over a groovy beat. That's not to say Dan Croll is simply another 21st century 'indie pop' *shudder* drone, but there isn't a great deal on his debut to stand him out against the crowd.
