OK: Tears For Fears, Yazoo, Simple Minds, oh my lord that’s even freakin’ Wa Wa Nee. If you’ve not heard of any of the above, here’s something new.

If you’re aware, Client Liaison will provide some odd nostalgia, or possibly just a healthy dose of ‘WTF is with the haircuts?’ They actually do the ‘80s synthetic soul thing fearsomely well, without the sometimes forced irony of a Donny Benet or similar.

Feed The Rhythm unfurls complete with plastic sax solo and the rage-thrashed Queen is just a fine pop piece – whether made then or now.
