Going into a comedy show put on by two of the Chaser boys, you'd be expecting some biting political satire, some wit and a clever joke or two about the state of our country under Abbott. Instead, we were served up a show that was equal parts dated and unoriginal (there is nothing novel about gags on 'Annoying People on Facebook' or an endless segment on a Coles ad from two years ago). They were at their best and most incisive when talking about current events and when riffing off each other, but these moments were too few.
