If you thought Separation was heartbreaking, The Things We Think We're Missing will have you regressing back to the days of inexplicable angst and re-evaluating every single love lost and past. Once again, Balance & Composure have mastered the art of sad-bastardry in the best possible way, faulted only by the unfortunate case of a strong first half versus a weaker second half. Where they fail to maintain the same driving-force of the former half of the album, they make up for with powerfully emotive content consistently throughout.
