"Efron extends his character's half-life with some relatable post-education crises in between removing his shirt."
Back in 2014, the Seth Rogen/Zac Efron comedy Bad Neighbours was released. It didn't redefine comedy, but proved entertaining. It also earned over 270 million at the world wide box office on an 18 million budget. With this success, a sequel was inevitable.
Bad Neighbours 2 reconnects with Mac and Kelly Radners (Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne respectively) who are trying to move house while expecting another baby. They find new neighbourly trouble however in a newly formed sorority led by Shelby (Chloe Grace Moretz), while they also reunite with old rival Teddy (Zac Efron).
Like most sequels to successful Hollywood comedies, Bad Neighbours 2 focuses on recreating the comedy success of the original. Luckily it's not a Hangover 2 trainwreck, with the original creative team led by director Nicholas Stoller making a fun time. It may seem repetitive, with popular gags repeated for kicks, but there are some solid laughs and added social commentary on youth culture and sexism (what is said about sororities is true) creating some freshness.

Rogen and Byrne again have lots of fun as an average domesticated couple, with effortless banter, chemistry and believability. Moretz is always an affable addition, while Efron extends his character's half-life with some relatable post-education crises in between removing his shirt.
If you enjoyed Bad Neighbours, then Bad Neighbours 2 should be just as enjoyable.
