Avenue Q

Who doesn't love foul-mouthed puppets?

Avenue Q is the Red Light District of Sesame Street*.

The Tony Award-winning show could (easily) pack much larger theatres, but the intimacy of Chapel Off Chapel makes for the perfect setting. Amid a musical tale about finding love and your life’s purpose, the foul-mouthed puppets (and their incredibly talented puppeteers) tackle more Adult-Only issues such as sex, racism, porn, and peer-pressure. It’s a musical education that yanks at the heart strings and pulverises the funny bone. Proving once and for all, that if you can’t learn something from a muppet through song and dance – it’s not worth learning.

*Not actually affiliated with Sesame Street as the MICF program delicately points out
