In Conversation With Lionel Corn is a brilliant parody of every Q&A and literary event session you’ve ever witnessed, combining comedy with social exposé in typical Chaser fashion. Hansen and Taylor flip their mirror of illumination in the direction of writers, exploring pretentiousness, proficiency and plagiarism via everything from hashtags to faulty microphones. The duo’s palpable chemistry pushes them to places ABC TV would scarcely have allowed them to go, resulting in a brilliant stage show that is concurrently sprightly and stimulating.
