Yep, the power is in your hands.

More The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus More The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus

In what appears to be an Australian first, US band The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus are leaving it up to their fans to choose which cities and towns they will play when they are on the road this November in celebration of their latest EP Et Tu, Brute?

The concept is pretty simple, but utterly unique. There are a series of dates locked in with three potential cities in which the band can play per night. For example, on Thursday 7 November, the band might play Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Toowoomba or perhaps Gympie.

The decision will be made by fans who can vote with their purse strings; they head over to the website GiggedIn and buy tickets for the city in which they want to see the band. Whichever city or town has sold the most number of tickets gets the gig. Of course fans are only charged if the show they have pledged for actually ends up happening. Voting opens on Tuesday 9 July.

No matter where they end up playing, the band will be joined by The Sweet Apes and Red Beard on all dates.
