The long-awaited 'Ganbaru' full-length will hit stores in February

More Yeo More Yeo

Ascendant electro-whiz Yeo has been quietly achieving for quite some time now — it's no coincidence that one of his early successful singles was titled Quiet Achiever, after all — but he's ready to knock up the volume a notch with the revelation of release details for eagerly awaited full-length album Ganbaru, as well as a run of 2016 tour dates in support.

The album, which boasts not only Quiet Achiever — the song nabbed triple j rotation and more than 270,000 plays on Spotify — but follow-up jam Icarus among its track list, will be released on Tuesday 9 February both digitally and on vinyl; pre-orders are available now.

To give you a little time to familiarise yourself with the new goodies before he sets off on his sojourn in support, Yeo will kick off his tour in Sydney on Friday 26 February, at the World Bar, heading through Adelaide (4 March), Lismore (10 March), Brisbane (11 March), Sunshine Coast (12 March), Margaret River (18 March), Perth (19 March), Melbourne (24 March) and Canberra (26 March) to complete the run.

You can whet your appetite with the album teaser below, or head this way to lock in tickets.
