The teapots are returning!
Sydney's newest hospitality venue the Kings Cross Pavilion is reopening where the good old World Bar used to be.
The ownership group is the 5th venue which they control, including Sinaloa in Double Bay, Meu Jardim in the CBD, Eros in Potts Point and Maali nightclub in Potts Point.
In a statement they've described the venue as a "beachy and bright oasis style pavilion inviting punters of all ages to enjoy a beer and a nibble of classic pub style food staples."
It will also be host to the city's newest nightclub in an attempt to breath life into the historic building in Kings Cross after a lengthy battle with lockout laws.
Management will pay homage to the previous owners by bringing back the infamous teacup cocktails that a generation of partygoers fell in love with.
The nightclub will span across two levels, the bottom being fitted with a top of the range sound system as well as an upgrade to its ceiling LED display. The second level will feature an open bar and a second dance floor.
