American metalcore band, Woe, Is Me, have officially announced that they are breaking up.
The band has been together since 2009 and has released two albums as well as thier recent EP, 'American Dream'.
A post on Facebook from the band reads:
"We will be releasing a statement soon regarding our future plans. Until then, here's a statement from our singer Hance, and we will also post any other personal statements from the individual members."
You can read the full statement from Hance here, the essence of it being that he has "lost the passion for this genre of music" and doesn’t "think it’s ever gonna come back."
