As you should already know, it's all getting under way on Melbourne Cup Day Eve. Why Melbourne Cup Day Eve? The public holiday of course! Starting November 5th, The Early Hours will run exclusively on public holidays and is sure to be as crazy as an un-medicated Gary Busey. YIKES!
