Tickets for Violent Soho's forthcoming national tour are a pretty damn hot commodity — so much so that the band even had to call out people for attempting to scalp passes at gouge-level prices.

Now, even though the band have since added further dates to their planned journey, you definitely don't want to risk missing out, so to that end The Music is stoked to have a bunch of double passes — plus meet-and-greets with the members of Violent Soho, in your city (Syd/Melb only) — to give away ahead of the sojourn's first performance, in Wollongong on 18 March.

And these gigs have been a while coming, too; the public road to impending album Waco started in August last year, when Violent Soho turned to social media to enlist their fans' assistance in naming their new album (thankfully, they didn't end up going for Butt Pickle), and it's been a non-stop ride for the band ever since; just this year, they've landed in the Hottest 100 (top 15, baby!), enjoyed a chart boost off the back of that result, stepped up for their mates in The Jezabels and even taken a stand against offshore processing with several of their fellow acts on the Laneway Festival.

Frankly, it's kind of incredible they had the time to write and record an album at all.

We're understandably stoked that they did, though, and we imagine there are quite a few of you out there as keen as we are to see the boys hit the stages of Australia once more.
