¯\_(ツ)_/¯

More Fall Out Boy More Fall Out Boy

There's been A LOT of things that 2020 has changed or taken away, including the huge Mega Hella Tour which was meant to see Weezer, Fall Out Boy and Green Day tour Australia this year.

In a twist we didn't see coming, US rock bands Fall Out Boy and Weezer have now made an appearance on the US version of Celebrity Family Feud to raise money for charity, joining John Legend, Sia, 5 Seconds Of Summer, The Chainsmokers, Kelly Clarkson, Ice-T and more musicians to have appeared on the show.

If that's not enough though, actor Seth Green (yeah, Oz from Buffy) also joined in, filling the fifth player position for Fall Out Boy.

Producer, engineer and songwriter Suzy Shinn, who's worked with both bands and acts like 5 Seconds Of Summer, Panic! At The Disco, Dua Lipa, Katy Perry and more, joined Weezer's team.

While we could tell you more about, it's really just better if you just watch the clips...

The band's were due in Australia in November for the Mega Hella tour in November but announced its cancellation back in July due to travel restrictions.

"Australia and New Zealand, we’re beyond bummed to announce that the upcoming Hella Mega dates in November have been cancelled,” Green Day said at the time.

“We kept trying to put this piece of the puzzle together, but unfortunately it’s just not possible due to the uncertainty of the government COVID-19 travel restrictions, mass gatherings and most importantly for the safety of our fans, crew and staff.

“We love you all and we’ll be back there rocking with you at some point. Until then, stay safe."
