Lucy Wood is the Talent Buyer for the UK's Latitude Festival. She's worked in the industry for a long time and has been attending shows for even longer.
It was at those shows that Wood started thinking about how we behave as a society in the concert environment. This formed the basis of her study Audience Behaviour & Sociology, which she shared her findings from for the first time at BIGSOUND.
