Blood OrangeMulti-faceted producer Blood Orange - aka Devonté Hynes - has released an 8'0s-funk-inspired music video under the directorship of Gia Coppola - whom he also worked with on the Sydney Film Festival feature Palo Alto.
Hynes' dreamlike soundtrack makes You're Not Good Enough is off his latest Blood Orange album Cupid Deluxe and the video features appearances from Hynes and Coppola, as well as the track's vocalist Samantha Urbani. Take a look at the clip here:
The video release comes off the back of this year's Sydney Film Festival feature Palo Alto - Coppola's motion picture directorial debut and one she called upon Hynes to produce the entire score for.
The film will premiere at SFF on Thursday 12 June and is presented by The Music. An extra screening of Palo Alto was also confirmed today.
