Chairman of EMI and “head of petty cash”, Mark Poston delivered a keynote speech at BIGSOUND this week, where he was interviewed by TV personality Jason 'Jabba' Davis.
Talking about his career, he also discussed the future direction of EMI and its current projects. Referencing the ongoing EMI sale he admitted, “It's been a really turbulent time for EMI... But I think sometimes adversity can be a kind of blessing.”
He also had a bit of advice for young industry professionals: “If you get the opportunity to travel and work in another market, do it.”
