The hall of fame guitarist Slash himself has had a hand in designing a remodel of his iconic ‘Appetite for Destruction’ Les Paul Special II that beginners and pros will love and it is now available from Allans Billy Hyde music store as an outfit for only $199. (RRP $499)

The combo includes the Epiphone Les Paul Special II in the classic ‘Appetite’ amber finish with a premium gig bag, signature Slash guitar picks and free online lessons on eMedia.

The guitar features Epiphones new Ceramic zebra coil humbucker pick-ups designed around the zebra pick-ups found on the highly sought after 1950s Les Paul Standards. It also has a built in tuner mounted right behind those pick-ups. Quality mahogany is used for the neck and body and Slash’s ‘Snake Pit’ logo is featured on the head of the guitar in gold.

Fans of the Les Paul will love the classic feel and sound of the Epiphone ‘AFD’ and beginners will have something solid to learn on.
