He'll play Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane
Marking his first every tour of Australia, Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame will cap off the year with shows in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane this December.
The 27-year old rapper, real name Juaquin Malphurs, smashed into public attention with his breakthrough single O Lets Do It from 2008 mixtape Salute Me or Shoot Me, Vol. 1, distancing himself from professional basketball dreams and paving a career as means to escape the death of his brother
He was added to Gucci Mane's 1017 Brick Squad Clique - his mother managing Gucci at the time - gaining a national presence for his intensity and lyrical recklessness in the United States, before releasing debut LP Flockavelli in 2010, making him an international phenomenon.
Waka Flocka Flame will bring his now multiple full-length and even more mixtape repertoire to Australian shores this December, showing fans why his Southern Rap ferocity has gained critical acclaim and attracted guest vocals from Drake, Flo Rida, Nicki Minaj, Ludacris and more.
