Victory Records Announce 'The End'?

Label, Victory Records has uploaded a video called, 'The End Begins October 8th 2013'.

The video gives no indication if this is an announcement of a new band or an album. There is talk on social media that this is to do with the ongoing legal issues with A Day To Remember; due to their album 'Common Courtesy' coming out that very day.
