Vanna reportedly to be sued by fan

US hardcore/metalcore outift, Vanna, have reportedly come under fire from a fan who is trying to sue the group.

US hardcore/metalcore outift, Vanna, have reportedly come under fire from a fan who is trying to sue the group.

originally reported by TMZ and Musicology, the fan, Eric Quiros, alleges that he suffered a broken nose - in five different places - due to one of the band's guitars being thrown into the crowd during their set at Las Vegas venue, The Whiskey A Go Go, way back in 2013. Yeah. Quiros is reportedly going to be suing both the band and venue for an unspecified amount for damages. Now, all of this comes just as the band announce they are almost done tracking their next full-length record:

"Vocal tracking, guitar leads and bass going down today. This record is coming together."

Furthermore, their covers EP was released only a couple months back, and their singer, Davey Muise, has launched a new social community-based initiative, Find Your Shovel, earlier this month, so maybe that this claim is all a bit of a coincidence. However, watch this space for more news on this as it happens.
