Fresh Finds: Class Of 2025 – Aussie Acts To Add To Your Playlist

VANFEST Returns With Huge Line Up And New Location

Hilltop Hoods, Tash Sultana and Tones & I lead the line up.

One of Australia's most popular regional boutique music festival's VANFEST is returning on the 2nd and 3rd of December at a brand new location and a huge line up of chart topping and award winning Australian and New Zealand artists.

After Forbes was its home for eight years, the festival is now relocating and making its mark on the iconic location of Mount Panorama in Bathurst. The move has been prompted by the expansion of the festival and in a bid to re-energise and support the broader region's music and tourism sector, whilst staying true to its regional roots. The new location is more accessible to other metro and regional centres.

“Mount Panorama hosts the Bathurst 1000, one of the largest events on the Australian sporting calendar, each year so we're well versed in providing exceptional hospitality to everyone who visits. Hosting VANFEST at the base of Mount Panorama demonstrates that Mount Panorama is so much more than a premiere racing circuit," the Mayor of Bathurst, Robert Taylor stated.

"I look forward to welcoming the patrons of VANFEST to our beautiful city and with so much to see and do, I encourage visitors to stay a little longer and explore everything that Bathurst and the surrounding region has to offer. Bathurst is the perfect city to host VANFEST,”

The line up is headed up by a slew of Australian hitmakers, including Hilltop Hoods, Tash Sultana, Tones And I, The Presets, Illy, Masked Wolf, Mash'd N Kutcher and heaps more.

“It has been a long road, but we couldn’t be more excited to be able to return the Vanfest stage back to the NSW regions. There are enormous amounts of challenges facing the industry, however, we remain dedicated to supporting the live music sector and delivering memorable experiences to our fans”, says Vanfest Promoter Matt Clifton.

The festival which is spread across two days has been a staple road trip getaway for Australian music lovers which features extensive campground facilities alongside plenty of entertainment alongside the music, including market stalls, bar activations, pop-up bars, VIP experiences, adrenalin rides, camping communities, and much more.
