Artists now have an extra four weeks
The deadline for the country's most prestigious, annual charity songwriting competition, the Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition, has been extended for an extra four weeks.
Entries for the $50,000 prize now have to be in by Friday 24 October, as opposed to the original date Monday 22 September - today! Submissions, which cost $50, can be made and more details on the competition can be found here.
The Vanda & Young comp is in conjunction with APRA/AMCOS, Alberts and Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy Australia (NRMTA). Previous winners include Megan Washington, Kimbra and The Preatures.
