Vampire Weekend Announce Intimate Australian Shows For 2020

Beloved indie band Vampire Weekend will return to Australian in 2020 for two intimate shows on the back of their Falls Festival appearances.

Playing theatres in Sydney (7 January) and Melbourne (9 January), the shows come as part of the Vampire Weekend world tour for recent LP, Father Of The Bride, which landed in The Music's Top Albums Of 2019 (So Far) list. 

The band were last in the country for Splendour In The Grass 2018 and were announced earlier in the year on the Falls Festival line-up. 

Ezra Koenig and co have also been throwing some wild gigs as of late, hosting a six-hour, three-set, all-day marathon at NYC’s Webster Hall in May this year where they covered Springsteen and Fleetwood Mac, and provided pizza and bagels for breakfast for the audience.
