UBERfest Winter 2014 Announces Full Line-Up
The fledgling event kicks off in Adelaide this week
The winter instalment of biannual event UBERfest has announced its full complement of line-ups as the fledgling festival tour shores up for its first iteration of the season at Adelaide’s The Light Hotel this weekend.
Proudly presented by theMusic.com.au, the winter run of shows is UBERfest’s biggest yet, taking in four cities – Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne in addition to Saturday’s SA event – and boasts an esteemed roster of more than 100 acts across the entire tour, including Canephora, Craig Atkins, Dead Villain Society, Drowned By The Traitor, Emecia, Grace Goodfellow, Lazy Daze, Lily & The Drum, Madeleine Hunt, Norse & Jozef, Ouroboric, Rico Garilli, Sonic Divide, Steve Foster, Super Monkey Zero, The High Collide, The Reason, The Unknown Artists and Zero Days, as well as several others.
The event canvasses everything from hip-hop and metal to pop, indie, rock and DJ sets – so there’s a little something for everyone – commencing at 2pm and raving on till midnight.
After Adelaide, UBERfest will progress to Melbourne’s Elephant & Wheelbarrow in St Kilda on August 10 before hitting The Lewisham Hotel in Sydney on August 16 and Brisbane’s Jubilee on the 30th.
