Aussie Producer & Co-writer Of Global Hit Track Lands Publishing Deal

Aussie songwriter and producer Tyron Hapi has signed an exclusive global publishing deal with BMG.

The signing follows the Melbourne artist's singles, Anyway and About You, certified platinum and gold respectively, as well as fellow local act Masked Wolf's global hit, Astronaut In The Ocean -  which has racked up over 100 million streams on Spotify and is currently placed in music charts around the world - which Hapi co-wrote and co-produced.

“I’m so grateful to be a part of such a prestigious company with an incredibly talented roster," Hapi said of the BMG signing.

BMG Managing Director Australia & New Zealand Heath Johns added, "Tyron is a superb talent. As a solo artist he has incredible streaming numbers and as a producer he has one of the biggest hip hop songs in the world right now and plenty more in the can.

Hapi joins a BMG roster that boasts a stack of huge Australian talent including Alison Wonderland, Peking Duk, JET, Illy, Cut Copy and Wolfmother.
