Tyler, The Creator has made waves after a recent show in Sydney, where he described Australia as “the whitest place on Earth.”
The show took place at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on Tuesday (26 August), with footage from the night shared on Instagram by triple j and Complex AU.
Addressing the sold-out arena, the rapper said, “Shout out to all the black folks in the crowd,” to cheers, with Tyler pointing to someone in the crowd. He continued walking across the stage and cheekily added, “Australia is the whitest place on Earth.”
