Aussie rockers Twelve Foot Ninja are set to serve as the main supporting act for Disturbed's national tour kicking off this week and ahead of the run, the Melbourne outfit have revealed their personal favourite track from the US heavyweights and what could possibly serve as a cheeky ice breaker for when the band's meet.

To also give fans an idea of what might be getting some solid airplay backstage during the tour, Twelve Foot NInja frontman Kin has shared what tunes are on high rotation in their camp right now.

prayer — disturbed

This was one of the first Disturbed songs I heard. The transcendent chorus grabbed my attention.

ivory tower — meshuggah

I'm absolutely loving the new Meshuggah album, The Violent Sleep Of Reason. This is one of my favourites.

entanglements — mammoth

I just discovered this band from Sweden. Their musicianship is remarkable.

come alive — the jezabels

I caught a snippet of this track a few months ago and it caught my attention. I found the track and album, Synthia, only a week ago, and became an instant fan.

tarman shud — the drones

The Drones are one of my favourite Australian bands. Their latest album has been on repeat and this is my favourite.
