Tropical F*ck Storm Plot 2025 Australian Tour

Tropical Fuck Storm will release a new album, Fairyland Codex, next month, and to celebrate the release, they’ll be hitting the road for a huge national tour.

With tour dates scattered throughout the rest of the year, and organisers assuring punters that a Brisbane date will be added, the tour begins on Friday, 6 June, at Melbourne’s Forum as part of the city’s winter event, RISING Festival.

The run continues at the Torquay Hotel on Friday, 7 November, followed by Archie’s Creek Tavern on Saturday, 8 November, Castlemaine’s Theatre Royal on Sunday, 9 November, Adelaide’s The Gov on Thursday, 13 November, Perth’s The Rechabite on Friday, 14 November, Sydney’s Marrickville Bowlo on Friday, 21 November, and wraps up at Newcastle’s Hamilton Station on Sunday, 23 November.

The band’s new album, Fairyland Codex, will be released via Fire Records on Friday, 20 June. Tropical Fuck Storm’s Erica Dunn said of the new single Teeth Marché, “Two languages jammed together, clutching at sense like the rest of the world.

“Marché: market, marché: walk, teeth: les dents, marcia marcia marcia: the Brady bunch. The Teeth Market, the Teeth Walk, our attempt at a laid back wonky jam which contemplates a vision of plunder that is played out in romance, in a climate emergency, in murderous political zeniths- those who take, take, take, lick their lips and want more.”

Teeth Marché follows the previously released singles Goon Show, Bloodsport, and Dunning Kruger’s Lost Cruiser. Enigmatic, energetic, and entirely eclectic, Tropical Fuck Storm have managed to carve out a niche that is as frantic and unforgiving as their songwriting, yet as welcoming and down-to-earth as their collective personalities.
