Triple J One Night Stand Chart Surge As Coldplay Hunt #1

Boy & Boy's tour also giving them a shot in the arm

More Coldplay More Coldplay

Coldplay are likely to debut a number one on the ARIA Albums Chart this week with their new 'break-up' album, but there's also going to be a lot of mid-chart turbulence thanks to local tours.

Charting frontman Chris Martin's divorce, Coldplay's Ghost Stories is the most likely to knock of The Black Keys' Turn Blue, which currently sits top. According to midweek figures the next debut, American pop-country veterans Rascal Flatts' Rewind may sneak into the top 20.

That's the area that a number of this week's big movers will find themselves in as well. Lily Allen's Sheezus will push into the top ten this week while Iggy Azalea's The New Classic is also a chance to go that high as well.

On the back of triple j's One Night Stand, RÜFÜS' Atlas (also helped along by their own tour) will move into the top 25 from its current position of 50, while fellow One Night Stand-ers Illy's Cinematic and Violent Soho's Hungry Ghost set to push into the top 30.

Boy & Bear's upcoming theatre tour has gone on sale in a flurry and that appears to have pushed sales of their latest record Harlequin Dream along nicely. Expect it to re-enter around in the top 25, where London Grammar's If You Wait will also sit after sales bump this week as well.

In the ARIA Singles Chart Brisbane's The Amity Affliction's latest track Don't Lean On Me looks another solid performer, with a top 20 debut in its sights – only below Dami Im's Super Love. Trove Lo's Stay High (Habits Remix) and Kiesza's Hideaway look set to make the top 50 cut.

Currently ninth, Milky Chance's Stolen Dance is starting to threaten the top spots – held by Justice Crew's Que Sera and Ariana Grande featuring Iggy Azalea's Problem (number one and two the last two weeks). Expect Mr. Probz's Waves and Nico & Vinz's Am I Wrong? to climb this week as well.
