The soundtrack to your week has arrived.

London indie-rock outfit The Big Moon have claimed triple j’s Feature Album this week with their second LP, Walking Like We Do.

The band’s latest record, which joins a stack of new local music on the youth broadcaster this week, was described by The Music as offering “real variety”.

“The indie-rock quartet’s second LP gives off a similar punky, angsty vibe to their previous work, only this time there’s a calm, uplifting streak blended seamlessly into the music,” reviewer Katie Livingston said.

Local music fans will become acquainted with Asta’s Want You To Know, Cub Sport’s Hearts In Halves, Hayley Mary’s Like A Woman Should, The Kid LAROI’s Let Her Go and the latest hit from international giants Tame Impala, Lost In Yesterday, with the Perth rockers confirmed to headliner Bonnaroo 2020 just last week.
