Check Out This Trailer For Slint Documentary 'Breadcrumb Trail'

A part of the massive Spiderland reissue.

More Slint Slint Profile

The incredible 1991 record by post-rock lords Slint, Spiderland, is being reissued in a mammoth box set this April, through Touch & Go Records. A part of the lavish new package the record is release as a part of is the documentary Breadcrumb Trail, directed by music video mastermind Lance Bangs and a trailer for this documentary has been released online this weekend.

The band's story isn't a widely told one, but how a band as young and innocent as them came to make such a masterpiece that has gone on to be so influential is absolutely fascinating.

You can check out the trailer here:

There is no word as to whether there will be Australian screenings of the film, so at this stage the only way to ensure you get a copy is to order the box set, which you can do here. It looks amazing, but it's not cheap.
