Tom Delonge discusses possible Blink-182 tour

In a recent interview with The Music Network, Tom Delonge has revealed that Blink-182 are planning to return to Australia later this year. The band has not been able to tour here since their 2009 reunion due to drummer Travis Barker's fear of flying, which began when a 2008 crash left him with severe injuries and killed four of his friends.

Addressing the issue of flying, Delonge said: “We’re talking about coming down. It’s a boat ride thing." The tour will be part of the band's second touring cycle for their newest album 'Neighborhoods'. The exact time that Barker intends to make the lengthy boat journey remains uncertain, but if it goes ahead, it will be the band's first Australian tour since 2004.

Stay tuned for more details as they arise.
