As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis has officially been bound over for trial after a judge deemed there was enough evidence for the trial to go ahead.
Lambesis faced court again this week, with the musician facing murder-for-hire charges.
Currently out on bail, the singer will face court again on October 22nd, where a trial date is due to be set.
