Melbourne alt-metal outfit Thornhill are coming home for a massive Australian tour in February 2026.
The tour will take place amidst an extraordinary time for the band, who will support Sleep Token in North America this September and October for entirely sold-out shows, as well as a headline tour of the UK and Europe in November.
Beginning the tour at Brisbane’s The Tivoli on Saturday, 21 February, the band’s largest Australian tour to date continues at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Sunday, 22 February, Perth’s Astor Theatre on Tuesday, 24 February, Adelaide’s The Gov on Thursday, 26 February, and concludes with a hometown celebration at Melbourne’s Forum on Friday, 27 February.
Pre-sale tickets will be available on Monday, 1 September, at 5 pm AEST. To gain early access to these tickets, sign up here. The general sale will be available on Wednesday, 3 September, at 11 am local time via the Destroy All Lines website.

For this tour, Thornhill will be accompanied by a group of local and international talent. American alt-metal artist Amira Elfeky will make her Australian debut at the shows, while genre chameleons Paledusk, hailing from Japan, will also join in the fun alongside Melbourne heavy hitters HEAVENSGATE.
Thornhill said of the forthcoming tour, “This is our first Australia headline run since the album dropped, and we’ve put everything into making it something memorable.
“These are the biggest shows we’ve played on our own, and we’ve curated a lineup that feels really special to us. Fans can expect a whole new energy and a night that really captures where Thornhill is at right now.”
Thornhill are touring in support of their recently released third album, BODIES, a masterpiece of conjuring atmosphere, soaring vocals, and crushing riffs.
Landing at #4 on the ARIA Top Albums Chart, #2 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart, and #3 on the Top Vinyl Albums Chart, and triple j’s Feature Album upon release, the album’s rollout coincided with three intimate launch shows in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, all of which sold out.
In The Music’s recent op-ed exploring the growth of Australia’s heavy music scene, award-winning journalist, presenter, publicist and lifelong metal fan Tiana Speter said Thornhill’s swoon-worthy take on alt-rock is what continues to win them fans.
