Due to overwhelming demand for tickets to his debut Australian stand up shows in Sydney and Melbourne this August, HBO's Last Week Tonight host John Oliver has today announced third and final shows in both cities.
As well as performing in Melbourne on Aug 27, Oliver will now take to the stage for a second time in the one night on Aug 28, with a late show being added at the Palais Theatre.
Similarly in Sydney, the 38-year-old British comedian will perform an additional show just hours before his already sold out performance on Aug 30 at the State Theatre.
Tickets for the four original shows sold out within 90 minutes so fans are encouraged to act fast — the new show tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster on Friday, Jun 19.
