We really hope she does question time...

One of the producers of internationally acclaimed and loved TV show The Walking Dead will appear at a Melbourne film conference next month.

Gale Anne Hurd, one of The Walking Dead's executive producers, will deliver a keynote speech at Screen Forever. While TWD might be Hurd's most recent masterpiece, she has worked heavily — and successfully — in film, co-writing and producing The Terminator, as well as working on its popular sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Alien, The Abyss, Armageddon, Tremors and many more. With that list, it's kinda no wonder she's been dubbed the First Lady Of Sci-Fi.

Hurd will no doubt speak about all this and, quite possibly, her latest feature film Very Good Girls starring Dakota Fanning and Elizabeth Olsen.

Screen Forever, which is an initiative put together by Screen Producers Australia in conjunction with the Victorian Government and Film Victoria, will take place at the Crown Conference Centre, Melbourne between Sunday 16 and Wednesday 19 November.
