Jen Cloher, Beaches, The Delta Riggs, Standish/Carlyon also make the cut
Seven albums – including those from The Tongue and Kirin J. Callinan – have been added to the long-list for the $30,000 Coopers Amp this year, with PPCA confirming they'll fund the prestigious music award once again.
The awards' judges have been filtering through this year's entries and have also given albums from Jen Cloher, PVT, Beaches, Standish/Carlyon and The Delta Riggs the green light for the next round.
With PPCA returning as the principal partner of the award, Spotify have also com on board as a major industry partner.
PPCA CEO Dan Rosen said they were “delighted” to sponsor the prize again, “a prize that is close to our hearts, having been a principle partner since day one.”
