The Smith Street Band's Frontman Curates Tassie Punk Festival

Inaugural All Tomorrow's Shoeys announced

More The Smith Street Band The Smith Street Band

Melbourne's The Smith Street Band have been announced as the headliners of the inaugural All Tomorrow's Shoeys event, a three day 'fest' taking place at Hobart's Brisbane Hotel.

The festival is the brainchild of The Smith Street Band's frontman Wil Wagner, and he's curated the event alongside Tasmania's fellow-acoustic-punk-rock-troubadour Lincoln Le Fevre.

The first line-up includes:

The Smith Street Band
Luca Brasi
Grim Fandango
Fear Like Us
Lincoln Le Fevre & The Insiders
Jen Buxton
Headaches
The Bennies
Ride The Tiger
Declaration
Foxtrot
Speech Patterns
Lucy Wilson
DJ Punk's Dead

Of the event and its line-up Wagner said, “I love Tassie. I visit whenever I can, so I wanted a chance to bring down some of my favourite bands to hang out and party… My favourite thing about all these bands is that there aren't any egos. There are no primadonna rock stars trying to climb over each other to get somewhere – just a bunch of amazing bands full of good people.”
