They bring The Front Bottoms and Apologies, I Have None along for the ride
The new single from Melbourne indie punkers The Smith Street Band dropped earlier this week, and before fans have time to process the always-relatable lyrics penned by frontman Wil Wager, the band have announce an album tour for November.
Their much-anticipated new record, Throw Me In The River, drops this October through Poison City Records, and the tour kicks off Wednesday 19 October at Brisbane Hotel in Hobart, giving punters just enough time to commit lyrics to their memory.
Much to the delight of punters, The Smith Street Band always being along decent supports for the ride, and they time they've enlisted New Jersey indie-folk-punks The Front Bottoms and English comrades Apologies, I Have None.
Following a sold-out run with Violent Soho earlier in the year and a recent appearance at the Poison City Weekender, The Smith Street Band are set to embark on some international dates before heading back down to Australia for the album tour.
