The Tasmanian music scene is throwing its support behind music lover Alicia Rosskelly as she battles a rare form of appendix cancer.

With Rosskelly set to undergo surgery soon, local acts Sumner, The Sleepyheads, Hurricane Youth, Sundaze, Isla Ka, Monique How and Nick Bennett will perform at Launceston Workers Club this month to raise funds towards her recovery.

All funds raised will go towards her GoFundMe page, which you can contribute to here.
