Last April, Cheap Trick was inducted in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Melbourne rock powerhouse The Riff Raiders played At Budokan to a sold out Cherry Bar in tribute.
Now The Riff Raiders have agreed to a special encore performance of the seminal album at Flying Saucer Club, 11 Jun (Queen's Birthday Weekend). Watch The Raiders smash out the classic record with the fun, passion, skill and respect the songs deserve along with a best-off of some Cheap Trick songs from that era (i.e California Man, Southern Girls). Afterwards The Riff Raiders will take on other Hall of Famers in a second set, including Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath and Queen in the Raiders style.
Originally only for Japanese audiences, At Budokan launched Cheap Trick to the world, going triple platinum in the US alone.
