Sydney's Mardi Gras celebration has announced its program for 2013.

The annual Madisgrasland party, which closes the parade, will feature Heather Small, Delta Goodrem, The Presets, Scissor Sisters' Jake Shears DJing, Crystal Pepsi, Wayne G, Bimbo Jones, Garçon Garçon, Stereogamous, Feenixpawl, Shaun J Wright, Hi Fashion and Mitzi Macintosh.

Elsewhere at the festival, which runs across three weeks from Sunday 10 February to Sunday 3 March, pop icon Tina Arena, country star Beccy Cole, house DJ David Morales and Moto Blanco will perform.

Sydney DJs Dan Murphy, Sista P and Yazzimoto will play the post-race party of the Toy Soldiers Mud Run.

Megan Mulally from cult TV show Party Down plus Will & Grace will also be in town.
