The Misfits Returning To Aus In 2014

American punk rock band The Misfits will be returning to Australia early next year, with the influential outfit still kicking around after over 35 years.

Through a number of break-ups, reformations, legal battles and line-up changes, the band – and their skull logo – have become one of the most recognisable manifestations of the '70s punk ethos. With a bunch of records to their name (most recently 2011's The Devil's Rain, the band are currently fronted by Jerry Only, who switched to vocals in the 00s after playing bass in the initial '70s years.
