The Meanies have announced a new batch of shows to fill up their rapidly filling-up 2026.

The new gigs accompany their forthcoming free King’s Birthday weekend show in St Kilda next month, their dates opening for Spiderbait on their Ivy and the big apples tour – containing The Meanies’ first shows in Western Australia since 2023 – and a performance at the punk-focused Festy-Ville in Lismore. And, according to promoters, there are more shows to come.

Announced today, the Aussie punks will perform at Caloundra’s Norton Music Factory on Friday, 31 July, Brisbane’s Crowbar on Saturday, 1 August, and Vinnie’s Dive Bar in Southport on Sunday, 2 August.

For the newly revealed dates, The Meanies will tour alongside Brisbane rockers Dad Fight. Together, the pair will unveil a split 7”, which is scheduled to be released on time for those shows.

Additional special guests joining the tour include City Council (Caloundra), Council Grounds and Riot Revolver (Brisbane), and The Fem Grems and Da Manager (Southport). Tickets to the gigs are available at the links below.
