The Kooks Revealed As Party In The Paddock's Secret Headliner

The Kooks have joined the Party In The Paddock fun, being announced this morning as the festival’s highly anticipated secret headliner. In February 2025, the British indie rockers will join Empire Of The Sun and Norwegian singer-songwriter AURORA on the main stage.
Beyond the headliners, Party In The Paddock 2025 features a variety of artists and genres, including Amyl And The Sniffers, Angie McMahon, Role Model, The Rubens, Thelma Plum, King Stingray, Slowly Slowly, Teen Jesus And The Jean Teasers, DICE, Sycco, Full Flower Moon Band, Mo’Ju, and many more.
In addition to announcing The Kooks as a secret headliner, Party In The Paddock organisers are teasing a highly anticipated second artist announcement, set to land next Tuesday (26 November).
Announcing the band’s unveiling of secret headliner status, festival organisers said: “Please welcome one of our all-time favourite bands! @thekooksmusic to PITP 2025!!
“From festival fields to packed-out shows worldwide, these indie rock legends are bringing their iconic hits straight to the Paddock with songs like ‘Naive,’ ‘She Moves in Her Own Way,’ ‘Seaside,’ ‘Ooh La,’ and so many more! We’ll be shouting every lyric under the Tassie stars…”
Organisers also reminded punters that “tickets are flying out the door,” so if you want to spend a weekend in Tasmania in February 2025, get your tickets ASAP.

Party In The Paddock will take place from Thursday, 6 February, to Sunday, 9 February, at Quercus Park, which is 15 minutes from Launceston, Tasmania. You can find tickets to the 2025 event here.
This is The Kooks’ second Australian date for 2025, with the British rockers set to headline next year’s Yours & Owls festival in Wollongong alongside Fontaines D.C., Denzel Curry, and the Goo Goo Dolls.
