The Killers Officially Confirmed For AFL Grand Final And After Party

While it was announced by the band a while back, the AFL have today confirmed that The Killers will be performing at this year's grand final. 

In addition to playing at the AFL Grand Final pre-event, the band will also be playing at the Virgin Australia Premiership Party after the event.

The best news for The Killers fans? The Virgin Australia Premiership Party is free to attend. 

"I'm so pleased that The Killers have agreed to play on that one day in September as fans of all ages enjoy their music," says AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan. "The Killers will bring their music to the Virgin Australia Pre-Game Show, but more importantly to the Virgin Australia Premiership Party, a free concert post the match, where all fans can join in and celebrate this year's Premiers."
