In huge news, 15-year-old Australian rapper The Kid Laroi has been announced on the line-up for one of the biggest hip hop festivals in the world.

As reported by triple j, the Aussie wunderkind will appear at Rolling Loud New York, alongside some huge names including Wu-Tang Clan, Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert and more. He's the only Australian on the list.

The Kid Laroi performed at the Miami edition of the festival earlier in the year and clearly must have made a good impression.

Following the release of his debut EP, 14 With A Dream, he has performed with Manu Crook$ at Listen Out, Tkay Maidza at triple j's One Night Stand, gained Denzel Curry as a fan and supported JuiceWRLD earlier in the year.

Rolling Loud New York will go down in Queens, New York on 12 and 13 October. Find out more details here.
